Glascock County Superior and Juvenile Court responsibilities include filing, recording, and maintaining records such as:
- Deeds
- Plats
- Liens
- Judgments
- Military Discharge Records (DD-214).
We are responsible for properly handling and filing all civil and criminal cases including juvenile records.

Real Estate Documents, Plats, UCCs, and Tax Liens can be e-filed through https://efile.gsccca.org
The Clerk's Office provides management of all court calendars which may include issuing notices of appearance, subpoenas, and jury summons. Fines, fees, and other costs are collected and disbursed in a timely manner.

- Trade Name Registrations
- Passport services, applications available in our office and online at www.travel.state.gov.
The local Board of Equalization members are appointed by the Grand Jury during the February and August terms of court.
